Singing
"It's too bad I enjoy working behind the scenes so much - directing, coaching, etc. I always wish there were more opportunities just to sing!"
Though it has often taken a back seat to his other musical endeavors, Kevin has had a good deal of success as a singer and performer. He has been the tenor soloist in Haydn's Creation, Handel's Messiah, and Bach's Magnificat and Cantata 80- performed leading roles with the Civic Opera Theater of Kansas City in Wise Women and The Yeomen of the Guard, and held multiple roles in a touring production of Stephen Schwartz's Children of Eden.
Because of the time involved with operas and musicals, Kevin's time is currently limited to oratorio singing and, of course, singing solos for church services.
Please contact him for more information regarding an oratorio engagement or to schedule him at your church.
